Here's a thought... If you can't access your inventory using the new release candidate client could you not boot up the standard non windlight viewer and use that to access your inventory? Then once you've changed your outfit switch back to the other?

Actually, it did work! I'll have to try flushing the cache and seeing whether they're really fixed the bug.
